We are producers and purveyors of exceptional fine foods - balsamic fruit vinegars fermented by hand in Switzerland, rare Grand Cru olive oils from Provence, artisan tapenades & specialty spreads as well as naturally flavoured black and green olives from France where Bois Gentil has an olive grove.
Our range has won the highest taste accolades at international awards and is used by multi-starred Michelin chefs in Europe such as Geert Van Hecke and Peter Goossens. Other chefs BG has seduced include Armin Amrein, Roland Schmid and Anni und Reto Lamparts.
Our packaging reflects our clientele: a professional range for top chefs and designer gift boxes with full size or miniature products for gastronomy lovers, who enjoy sharing the finer things in life. In 2012, we opened a pecial place to sample Bois Gentil delicacies. On the shores of Lake Wanaka in New Zealand, Bistro Gentil illustrates our philosophy: French cuisine that is refined but unpretentious. Modern without losing the authenticity of its flavours, it combines local fresh ingredients with Bois Gentil products.
